Refunds are available to both new and existing users who have purchased digital gold coins and hold Net Asset Coins (NACs) on the Cista Gold platform. To be eligible for a refund, users must maintain a verified account and adhere to the platform’s terms and conditions.

2. Specific Conditions for Refunds:

For New Users:

  • 2-year maturity NACs: The company guarantees a complete buyback of all NACs at the prevailing gold rate in INR (Indian Rupees) at the time of buyback. Investors will receive the full amount equivalent to the total value of their NACs.
  • 18-month maturity NACs: NACs maturing in 18 months will experience a 10% deduction from the total value. Investors will receive 90% of the NACs' total value based on the current gold rate in INR.
  • 12-month maturity NACs: NACs maturing in 12 months will have a 25% deduction from the total value. Investors will receive 75% of the total value of their NACs, calculated based on the current gold rate in INR.
  • 6-month maturity NACs: NACs maturing in 6 months will have a 50% deduction from the total value. Investors will receive 50% of the total value of their NACs at the current gold rate in INR.

For Existing Users:

  • 2-year maturity NACs: The company guarantees a complete buyback of all NACs at the prevailing gold rate in INR (Indian Rupees) at the time of buyback. Investors will receive the full amount equivalent to the total value of their NACs.
  • 18-month maturity NACs: NACs maturing in 18 months will experience a 10% deduction from the total value. Investors will receive 90% of the NACs' total value based on the current gold rate in INR, provided the user has maintained their fund value with at least 25% to 100% of the business given to the company.
  • 12-month maturity NACs: NACs maturing in 12 months will have a 25% deduction from the total value. Investors will receive 75% of the total value of their NACs, calculated based on the current gold rate in INR, provided the user has maintained their fund value with at least 25% to 100% of the business given to the company.

Refund Conditions for All Users:

1. Refund Request Time Frame:

Users can raise a refund request within 180 days after making an investment. This ensures users have ample time to evaluate their investment and decide if they wish to request a refund.

2. Refund Process Time:

Refund requests will be processed within 72 hours. The refund amount will be credited to the user's registered bank account number within this time frame, ensuring a swift and efficient process. This combined refund policy ensures a fair and transparent process for both new and existing users while protecting the interests of Cista Gold. By purchasing digital gold coins through the platform, users agree to the terms outlined in this refund policy.
